For Executive Digital Presence, this may include your professional history, résumé, biography, photograph, links, and website preferences. Please do not submit confidential employer, client, or patient information.

We use this information to respond to inquiries, review project needs, communicate with you, and prepare your requested services. Materials submitted for your website are subject to your review and approval before publication.
Storage and access
Submissions are stored in secure cloud storage. Client intake records and uploaded files are private, with access restricted to authorized Guildthread personnel. Completed or archived projects retain their intake records and files for project reference. Hosting and storage providers process information as needed to operate these services.
Payments and external links
Payments are handled on Bluevine's external payment page, not through our intake form. Payment providers and other linked websites handle information under their own privacy policies.
